聚合物浸渍混凝土(简称PIC)是有机单体浸渍到水泥混凝土构件内部空隙,经聚合而形成的有机无机复合材料。由于聚合物填充了混凝土的内部空隙及微裂缝,使混凝土结构变得致密,增强了水泥石与骨料的粘结力,改善了混凝土的各种物理力学性能。因此,与普通混凝土相比,PIC具有高强、抗渗、抗冻、耐磨耗、耐腐蚀和收缩、徐变小等优点。由于混凝土保护了聚合物,使之不与大气接触,所以一般认为不存在老化问题。目前PIC已在美、日等国广泛研究并已在桥面及其它结构上应用。我国对此种材料的研究也不少,但多局限于小型试件及在防腐蚀、抗渗应用方面的研究。为了探明聚合物浸渍混凝土材料在桥梁结构上
Polymer impregnated concrete (referred to as PIC) is an organic-inorganic composite material that is formed by the organic monomer impregnated into the internal space of a cement concrete member. As the polymer filled the concrete internal cracks and micro-cracks, the concrete structure becomes dense, and enhance the bond between cement and aggregate, and improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. Therefore, compared with ordinary concrete, PIC has the advantages of high strength, impermeability, frost resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and shrinkage, creep. As concrete protects the polymer from contact with the atmosphere, it is generally assumed that there is no aging problem. PIC has been widely studied in the United States, Japan and other countries and has been applied to the bridge deck and other structures.
