目的研究玉米须水提物对寒凝血瘀证动物模型的影响。方法用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素加冰水法刺激健康大鼠诱发寒凝血瘀证的动物模型。采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定玉米须水提物给药组,与模型组中的血栓素B2(thromboxaneB2,TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-prostaglandinF1α,6-k-PGF1α)的改变。结果玉米须水提物可以使6-k-PGF1α产生增多,TXB2的浓度降低,改善寒凝血瘀症状。给药组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论玉米须水提物可通过降低TXB2和增多6-k-PGF1,使TXB2/6-k-PGF1的比值保持在正常水平内,从而起到活血化瘀的作用。
Objective To study the effect of corn-water extract on the animal model of cold-coagulation and blood-stasis syndrome. Methods The animal model of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome induced by hypodermic injection of epinephrine hydrochloride and ice water was established in healthy rats. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the content of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto- PGF1α) changes. Results Maize water extract can increase the production of 6-k-PGF1α, reduce the concentration of TXB2 and improve the symptoms of cold coagulation and blood stasis. There was a significant difference between the model group and the administration group (P <0.05). Conclusion The aqueous extract of corn may play a role in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis by reducing TXB2 and increasing 6-k-PGF1, keeping the ratio of TXB2 / 6-k-PGF1 within the normal level.
