男，５５岁，主诉左背部疼痛４个月，于１９９８年１１月２５日入院。左背部呈持续性钝痛，不放散，无其他伴随症状。查体：全身皮肤未见色素斑、痣，未触及肿大淋巴结，心肺未发现异常。Ｘ线检查见左后上纵隔一直径４．５ｃｍ类圆形肿块影，边界光滑，密度高而均匀。ＣＴ检查?
Male, 55 years old, complained of left back pain for 4 months and was admitted to hospital on November 25, 1998. The left back showed persistent dull pain, did not loosen, no other accompanying symptoms.
