传染病预防是基层部队卫生防病工作的重点和难点。本单位1991～2000年间传染病年均发病率低于2‰,其中3年无传染病发生。笔者的体会:一是各级领导重视,将防病工作列入重点,经常督促,检查指导,加强行政管理,加大经费投入,保证防病工作的人力、物力和财力落实。确实起到了投入小,收效大的效果。二是坚持预防为主的原则,大力开展健康教育。有针对性地采取多种喜闻乐见的方式开展
Prevention of infectious diseases is the focus and difficulty of the work of preventing and controlling diseases by grass-roots units.
