目的:探讨岭南习用中药五指柑米炒炮制品抗炎、止呕等方面的药效。方法:采用二甲苯致耳廓肿胀及对角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖炎症的方法,观察米炒五指柑的抗炎作用;运用碳末推进率法,观察对小鼠小肠平滑肌的影响;采用大黄致泻法观察止泻的作用;采用注射硫酸铜水溶液致呕法,观察止呕的作用。结果:米炒五指柑能明显减轻耳廓肿胀,明显抑制小肠平滑肌收缩,缩短炭末在小肠的推进距离,减少大黄致小鼠腹泻时的排便次数及延长排便时间,抑制由硫酸铜引起的呕吐现象,且作用优于生品。结论:米炒五指柑具有减缓肠蠕动功能,并表现出明显的抗炎消肿、止泻、止呕作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and anti-vomiting effect of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine five-pointed orange rice products. Methods: To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Micronauts gracile by using xylene-induced ear swelling and carrageenin-induced foot inflammation in mice; Rhizoma diarrhea method was used to observe the effect of antidiarrheal; injection of copper sulfate aqueous solution induced vomiting law to observe the role of vomiting. Results: Five-pointed fried rice can significantly reduce the ear swelling, significantly inhibited the contraction of small intestine smooth muscle, shorten the charcoal in the small intestine to promote the distance and reduce rhubarb induced diarrhea, defecation times and extend the defecation time, inhibition of vomiting caused by copper sulfate Phenomenon, and the role is superior to raw products. Conclusion: The five-finger fried rice has the function of slowing the peristalsis, and shows obvious anti-inflammatory, anti-diarrhea and vomiting effects.
