为保障通用航空飞行的安全、合法和高效,针对通用航空飞行高度低、路线相对灵活、受地形地物和配载影响大等特点,提出一种通用航空飞行计划评估系统设计与实现方法。飞行计划评估以复杂评估要素的提取与处理为基础,利用基于飞机性能工程的方法评估飞机燃油、配载以及起飞越障等关键指标,利用高精度地形插值的方法计算低空飞行剖面,利用2D/3D一体化地理信息系统平台实现飞行计划执行全过程3D可视化评估。系统测试表明,所设计和实现的飞行计划评估系统能够从关键指标、垂直飞行剖面以及三维可视化3个方面展开评估,从而为通用航空飞行计划的制订和审批提供依据,满足通用航空对飞行计划评估服务的需求。
In order to ensure the safety, legality and efficiency of general aviation flight, this paper presents a general aviation flight plan evaluation system design and implementation method in view of the characteristics of general aviation flight altitude is low, the route is relatively flexible, and affected by topographic features and loading. Based on the extraction and processing of complex evaluation elements, the flight plan evaluation uses aircraft performance engineering method to evaluate the key indicators such as aircraft fuel, loading and take-off and obstacle clearance, and calculates the low-altitude flight profile by using the high-precision terrain interpolation. 3D integrated geographic information system platform to achieve the full implementation of flight plan 3D visual assessment. The system tests show that the flight plan evaluation system designed and implemented can evaluate the key indicators, the vertical flight profile and the three-dimensional visualization so as to provide the basis for the development and approval of the general aviation flight plan and meet the requirements of the general aviation flight plan assessment Service needs.
