针对中低压变电站及IEC 61850标准的特点,开发了能够实现全站的保护和控制的集中式保护装置,并设计了集成式数字化变电站系统。阐述了集成式数字化变电站自动化系统的整体结构,讨论了过程层采样方案、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)跳闸方案和集中式保护装置设计方案。对过程层采样的可靠性和GOOSE网跳闸方案的实时性和可靠性进行的检验表明了设计方案能够满足实际工程运行的需求。所设计的集成式数字化变电站自动化系统已应用于实际工程。
According to the characteristics of low-voltage substations and IEC 61850 standards, a centralized protection device that can achieve the protection and control of the whole station has been developed and an integrated digital substation system has been designed. The overall structure of the integrated digital substation automation system is expounded. The process layer sampling scheme, the GOOSE tripping scheme and the centralized protection device design are discussed. The test of process layer sampling reliability and real-time and reliability of GOOSE network tripping scheme shows that the design scheme can meet the needs of actual project operation. The design of integrated digital substation automation system has been applied to the actual project.
