企业集团总部的管控模式按照集、分权程度的不同划分成财务控制型、战略控制型和运营控制型三类。针对不同类型的总部管控模式,总部培训需要根据总部规模、学员类型和培训内容选取与之相适应的课程和方式。此外,由于三种模式之间可能出现综合搭配和动态调整,总部培训需要根据集团的业务变动灵活调整,以适应企业集团的发展变化。
The management model of the corporate group headquarters is divided into three categories: financial control, strategic control, and operational control according to the degree of set and decentralization. For different types of headquarters management and control modes, headquarters training needs to select courses and methods that are appropriate to the size of the headquarters, types of trainees, and training content. In addition, due to the possible combination and dynamic adjustment among the three modes, the headquarters training needs to be flexibly adjusted according to the Group’s business changes to adapt to the development and changes of the enterprise groups.
