【目的】了解孤独症儿童饮食行为问题与血矿物质元素水平。【方法】对实验组的67名孤独症儿童和对照组的52名儿童的抚养人进行儿童饮食行为的问卷调查,用原子吸收分光光度法检测血锌、铁、钙、镁、铜含量,并进行统计学分析。【结果】孤独症儿童的偏食问题比正常儿童更严重,尤其在食物种类的选择、接受新食物方面的饮食问题上更为突出,血清锌、铁、钙的水平显著低于正常儿童。【结论】饮食行为问题和矿物质元素缺乏问题在孤独症儿童中更为突出,临床医生应指导抚养者进行相应的行为矫正及膳食结构的调整。
【Objective】 To understand the dietary behavior and blood levels of blood mineral elements in children with autism. 【Method】 A total of 67 children with autism in the experimental group and 52 children in the control group were surveyed by questionnaire on dietary behavior of children. The contents of zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium and copper in blood were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry Statistical analysis. 【Results】 Partial eclipse was more serious in children with autism than in normal children, especially in food choice and new food intake. Serum zinc, iron and calcium levels were significantly lower than those in normal children. 【Conclusion】 The problem of dietary behavior and the deficiency of mineral elements are more prominent in children with autism. Clinicians should guide them to conduct corrective actions and dietary adjustments.
