越来越多的研究证明,白血病干细胞(LSCs)是白血病细胞不断生长的根源,是白血病发生、发展的起始细胞。少量的LSCs具有与正常造血干细胞类似的无限增殖和自我更新能力,并且LSCs处于静止期,能逃逸化学药物治疗作用,从而导致白血病复发。近几年,许多学者根据细胞表型分离纯化LSCs,LSCs表型的研究取得了一些进展,并且探索针对LSCs的靶向治疗策略,从而彻底清除LSCs,达到临床长期稳定缓解的目的,为急性白血病的治疗提供了新的方向。本文将阐述近年来关于LSCs表型特征和靶向治疗的研究进展。
More and more researches prove that leukemia stem cells (LSCs) are the source of leukemic cells’ continuous growth and are the starting cells for the development of leukemia. A small amount of LSCs have the same immortal proliferation and self-renewal ability as normal hematopoietic stem cells, and LSCs are in quiescent phase, which can escape the chemotherapeutic effect and lead to the relapse of leukemia. In recent years, many scholars isolated and purified LSCs according to their cell phenotype. Some advances have been made in the research of LSCs phenotypes. Moreover, LSCs targeted therapy strategies have been explored to eliminate LSCs completely and achieve long-term stable clinical response to acute leukemia The treatment provides a new direction. This article will describe recent research progress on the phenotypic characteristics of LSCs and targeted therapies.
