结合当前电力系统信息化发展需求,研究分析了最新的IEC 61970-404高速数据存取(HSDA)标准引用的工业系统数据获取(DAIS)的Node-Item数据模型,提出了一个满足该标准的基于DAIS数据存取(DA)接口的电力数据交换服务设计方案,描述了关键设计决策,讨论了核心数据结构,给出了重要机制的实现方法。按该设计方案,采用对一个已投入使用的电力信息化系统进行封装、将其专有数据信息进行格式映射转换的方式,对服务进行了实现验证。对所实现的服务进行测试,列举的测试数据表明所提出的设计方案是合理和可行的。
Based on the current development needs of power system informatization, the Node-Item data model of Industrial Systems Data Acquisition (DAIS) referenced in the latest IEC 61970-404 High-Speed Data Access (HSDA) standard is studied and analyzed. DAIS Data Access (DA) interface, describes the key design decisions, discusses the core data structure, and presents the implementation of important mechanisms. According to this design scheme, the service has been verified by encapsulating a power information system that has been put into operation and formatting and transforming its proprietary data information. The services tested were tested and the test data presented showed that the proposed design was reasonable and feasible.
