目的:从内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的角度说明射干麻黄糖浆治疗豚鼠支气管哮喘的机理。方法:选用荷兰白种豚鼠,随机分成4组,采用Barnes及吕宝璋方法进行哮喘造模,观察各组豚鼠血浆中ET、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α含量的变化。结果:氨茶碱组和射干麻黄糖浆组动物血浆中ET、TXB2的含量低于模型组,6-keto-PGF1α的含量高于模型组。结论:射干麻黄糖浆是治疗哮喘的有效方剂,其作用机理之一是提高血浆中ET、TXB2的含量和降低血浆中6-keto-PGF1α的含量。
Objective: To elucidate the mechanism of Shegan Mahuang Syrup in treating bronchial asthma in guinea pigs from the perspectives of endothelin (ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), and 6-keto-PGF1α. METHODS: The Dutch white guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups. Barnes and Lu Baozhe methods were used to make asthma models. Changes in plasma ET, TXB2, and 6-keto-PGF1α levels in guinea pigs were observed. Results: The content of ET and TXB2 in plasma of aminophylline group and Shegan Ephedrine syrup group was lower than that of model group, and the content of 6-keto-PGF1α was higher than that of model group. Conclusion: Shegan Mahuang Syrup is an effective prescription for the treatment of asthma. One of its mechanisms is to increase the content of ET and TXB2 in plasma and to decrease the content of 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma.
