以单质Sb、Te粉末为原材料,采用直流电弧等离子体蒸发法制备Sb2Te3纳米粉末,当Sb∶Te的原子比为5.5∶4.5时,合成了Sb2Te3纳米粉末。通过XRD、SEM和EDS分析法对Sb2Te3粉末的物相结构、形貌和化学成分进行了表征。结果表明,Sb2Te3粉末的晶格常数为a=4.267 A觷,c=30.469 A觷;Sb2Te3粉末的形貌大部分为六角形片状结构,说明其形貌为单一的Sb2Te3纳米粉末;Sb2Te3纳米粉末中Sb和Te的含量为41.3at%和58.7at%,与Sb2Te3的含量接近。
Sb2Te3 nanopowder was synthesized by single-phase Sb and Te powders with DC arc plasma evaporation method. When Sb: Te atomic ratio was 5.5: 4.5, Sb2Te3 nanopowder was synthesized. The phase structure, morphology and chemical composition of Sb2Te3 powder were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the lattice constants of Sb2Te3 powder are a = 4.267 A 觷 and c = 30.469 A 觷. The morphology of Sb2Te3 powder is mostly hexagonal flake, indicating that its morphology is single Sb2Te3 nanopowder. Sb2Te3 nanopowder The Sb and Te contents were 41.3 at% and 58.7 at%, similar to the Sb2Te3 content.
