目的分析南瓜、荞麦混合喂饲对糖尿病大鼠的降血糖效果。方法将80只健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为4组:空白对照组,糖尿病模型组,阳性对照组,南瓜荞麦治疗组,每组20只。四氧嘧啶制备大鼠糖尿病模型成功后:阳性对照组在模型制备成功后给予皮下注射胰岛素6~8U/(kg/d),连续14d;南瓜荞麦治疗组给予南瓜荞麦饲养14d;糖尿病模型组普食喂养。采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定大鼠血糖浓度,观察各组大鼠每日饮水量,摄食量,体重及血糖变化。结果南瓜荞麦治疗组和阳性对照组大鼠血糖分别为(12.33±1.85)mmol/L,(8.92±2.83)mmol/L,较模型组(24.78±3.51)mmol/L,有明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论对于高血糖大鼠给予南瓜、荞麦混合喂饲后,血糖降低效果显著。
Objective To analyze the hypoglycemic effect of mixed feeding of pumpkin and buckwheat on diabetic rats. Methods Eighty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, diabetes model group, positive control group and pumpkin buckwheat treatment group, with 20 rats in each group. Alloxan was used to prepare rat model of diabetes mellitus. The positive control group was subcutaneously injected with insulin 6 ~ 8U / (kg / d) for 14 days after the successful preparation of the model. The pumpkin buckwheat treatment group was given pumpkin and buckwheat for 14 days. Food feeding. Glucose oxidase method was used to determine the blood glucose level in rats. Daily water intake, food intake, body weight and blood glucose were measured. Results The blood glucose in pumpkin buckwheat treatment group and positive control group were (12.33 ± 1.85) mmol / L and (8.92 ± 2.83) mmol / L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in model group (24.78 ± 3.51) mmol / L Statistical significance. Conclusion The hyperglycemic rats given pumpkin, buckwheat mixed feeding, the blood glucose lowering effect is significant.
