目的探索中职学生心理弹性、特质应对方式的发展现状及二者之间的关系。方法采用青少年心理弹性量表、特质应对方式问卷,对整群抽取的太原市某中职学校1 536名学生进行调查。结果中职学生心理弹性总均分为(95.01±13.51),且性别、年级之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中职学生的积极应对方式和消极应对方式均显著高于常模(P<0.05)。中职学生心理弹性与特质应对方式有显著相关(P<0.01),中职学生的特质应对方式对心理弹性有显著的预测作用。结论太原市中职学生心理弹性处中等水平,培养学生积极的应对方式能有效提高其心理弹性水平。
Objective To explore the status quo and the relationship between psychological resilience and trait coping styles of secondary vocational students. Methods A total of 1 536 students from a secondary vocational school in Taiyuan were surveyed by using the questionnaire of adolescent resilience scale and trait coping style. Results The total score of mental resilience of secondary vocational school students was (95.01 ± 13.51), and there was significant difference between sex and grade (P <0.05). The positive coping style and negative coping style of secondary vocational school students were significantly higher than that of the norm (P <0.05). There was a significant correlation between secondary school students’psychological resilience and trait coping styles (P <0.01). Secondary trainees’ trait coping styles had a significant predictive effect on mental resilience. Conclusions The middle school students’psychological resilience in Taiyuan is moderate, and developing students’ positive coping styles can effectively improve their psychological resilience.
