目的 研究B95a细胞对麻疹病毒的敏感性和麻疹病毒在B95a细胞上的生长特点。方法 组织培养法。将麻疹野毒株和麻疹疫苗株分别接种在长满呈单层的B95a和Vero细胞上 ,观察细胞病变的形态 ;同时在不同的时段检测细胞中和培养液中病毒的含量 ,绘制病毒生长曲线 ;比较RPMI16 4 0、DMEM、MEM 3种培养基培养的B95a细胞对麻疹病毒的敏感性。结果 在B95a细胞中麻疹野毒株和疫苗株都能增殖 ,而在Vero细胞中只能培养麻疹疫苗株 ;麻疹病毒在B95a细胞中增殖速度快 ,从B95a细胞中释放出来的时间早于Vero细胞 ;其病变特点是引起细胞融合 ,病毒滴度最高可达5 0LogTCID50 / 10 0 μl;3种培养基培养的B95a细胞的形态和对病毒敏感性是一致的。 结论 对于麻疹病毒 ,B95a细胞的敏感性高于Vero细胞。B95a细胞的培养可以使用包括MEM在内的多种培养基。
Objective To study the sensitivity of B95a cells to measles virus and the growth characteristics of measles virus on B95a cells. Methods Tissue culture method. Conclusion For the measles virus, B95a cells are more sensitive than Vero cells. B95a cells can be cultured using various media including MEM.
