围绕着航空工业基于模型的设计制造协同平台研发背景下,提出了一种基于模型的飞机设计工艺信息流传递方法。该方法通过归纳飞机设计域、工艺域的信息构成,给出了飞机设计-工艺信息的集成方法,在此基础上建立飞机顶层工艺模型并对其编码、更改机制进行研究。最后利用开发的辅助建模工具在某型飞机垂尾肋设计端向工艺端的信息流传递流程中进行应用验证,结果表明该方法能够实现设计-工艺基于模型的关联,为设计工艺高度共享的先进数字化协同体系建设提供了思路。
Based on the research and development of aeronautic industry model-based design and manufacturing collaboration platform, a model-based approach to the flow of aircraft design process information is proposed. By summarizing the information of aircraft design domain and process domain, this method gives the integration method of aircraft design - process information. On the basis of this, it establishes the top craft model of aircraft and studies its coding and modification mechanism. Finally, the developed auxiliary modeling tools are used to verify the information flow in the end-to-end flow process of the tail-rib design of a certain type of aircraft. The results show that this method can realize the design-process model-based correlation and is an advanced Digital synergies system provides ideas.
