姜明红全国女职工建功立业标兵“江苏人民教育家培养工程”培养对象江苏省语文特级教师江苏省基础教育课程改革先进个人江苏省五一巾帼标兵常州市优秀教育工作者“姜明红名师工作室”是常州市小学名师工作室之一,团队共有22人。三年来,工作室围绕江苏省重点资助课题“小学语文生长性课堂研究”开展了系列专题研讨。工作室活动以专题理论学习为先导,以多种运行机制为保障。一是每月累进。工作室每月到成员所在学校以“2+1+1”的活动方式进行突破,即两节课的课例分享、一个子课题推进汇报、一场小型研究沙龙。二是领域联动。工作室活动还建立了与各领域联动的机制,如与常州市小学语文教学研究工作进行定期联动。三是精品赏析。工
