利用 Pseudomonas Cepacia sp游离脂肪酶及其固相酶在非水相中催化外消旋体酯交换反应 ,对拟除虫菊酯手性农药中间体 (± ) - 4 -羟基 - 3-甲基 - 2 - (2 -丙烯基 ) - 2 -环戊烯 - 1-酮进行了拆分 ,考察了有机溶剂、水含量对酶活的影响。在实验确定的反应条件下 ,固相酶的酶活、热稳定性及操作稳定性优于游离酶 ,但选择性下降 ,目标产物的光学纯度分别为 73.5% ee和 94 .4 % ee。
The catalytic activity of racemic transesterification of Pseudomonas Cepacia sp free lipase and its immobilized enzyme in a nonaqueous phase was studied in the presence of (-) - 4 - hydroxy - 3 - methyl - 2 - (2 - propenyl) - 2 - cyclopenten - 1 - one was investigated. The effect of organic solvent and water on enzyme activity was investigated. Under the experimental conditions, the enzyme activity, thermal stability and handling stability of the immobilized enzyme were better than that of the free enzyme, but the selectivity decreased. The optical purity of the target product was 73.5% ee and 94.4% ee, respectively.
