在分析研究燃焰法合成金刚石机理的基础上，研究了用燃焰法在刀具上沉积金刚石薄膜时的生长均匀性问题。提出了刀刃上金刚石的异常生长原因及抑制方法，获得了涂层均匀的金刚石薄膜涂层刀具。 Based on the analysis of the mechanism of flame synthesis diamond, the uniformity of growth of diamond film deposited on the tool by flame combustion method was studied. The reasons for the abnormal growth of the diamond on the blade and the suppression method are proposed, and a diamond coating tool with a uniform coating is obtained.
