[目的]筛选出具有抗真菌活性的粘细菌并对其进行种类鉴定。[方法]从全国23个省、自治区的200个腐殖质土样中分离纯化出237株粘细菌;将菌株在4种不同培养基中发酵培养,发酵产物通过甲醇提取得到代谢产物;以白色念珠菌为模型对次级代谢产物进行高通量筛选。[结果]复筛后得到1株编号为ZJ2的粘细菌,其次级代谢产物具有抗白色念珠菌的活性,对该菌株进行16SrDNA克隆并测序,结果表明ZJ2为橙色粘球菌(Myxococcusfulvus)。[结论]菌株ZJ2的次级代谢产物中,存在对白色念珠菌生长有显著抑制作用的生物活性物质,具有潜在的研究和药用价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen myxobacteria with antifungal activity and identify their species. [Method] 237 strains of myxobacteria were isolated and purified from 200 humus soil samples in 23 provinces and autonomous regions of China. The strains were fermented and cultivated in 4 kinds of different media, and the metabolites of the fermentation products were obtained by methanol extraction. Candida albicans High-throughput screening of secondary metabolites for the model. [Result] A strain of myxobacteria numbered ZJ2 was screened and its secondary metabolites had anti-Candida albicans activity. The strain was cloned by 16S rDNA and sequenced. The results showed that ZJ2 was Myxococcus fulvus. [Conclusion] Among the secondary metabolites of strain ZJ2, bioactive substances that have significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Candida albicans have potential research and medicinal value.
