从牡荆(Vitex negundo var.cannabifolia)种子的80%甲醇水提取液中分离得到15个已知化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为vitedoin A(1),vitexdoin A(2),negundin B(3),vitrofolal F(4),vitexdoin C(5),vitrofolal B(6),vitexdoin D(7),vitrofolal E(8),vitexdoin B(9),vitrofolal A(10),detetrahydroconidendrin(11),4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-naphtho[2,3-c]furan-1(3 H)-one(12),vitedoamine A(13),vitelignin A(14)和Paulownin(15),其中化合物4,6,8和10首次从该种植物中分离得到.运用DPPH自由基清除法对分离得到的部分单体化合物进行了抗氧化活性初步研究,结果显示分离到的化合物具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中vitexdoin A(2),vitrofolal F(4)和vitexdoin D(7)抗氧化活性较为显著.
Fifteen known compounds were isolated from 80% aqueous methanol extract of Vitex negundo var. Cannabifolia seeds and identified as vitedoin A (1), vitexdoin A (2), negundin B Vitrofolal B (6), vitex doe D (7), vitrofolal E (8), vitex doin B (9), vitrofolal A (10), detetrahydroconidendrin (11) (12), vitedoamine A (13), vitelignin A (14), 4- (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) -6-hydroxy- ) And Paulownin (15), of which compounds 4, 6, 8 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.A preliminary study on the antioxidant activity of some of the isolated compounds was carried out by DPPH radical scavenging assay.The results showed that the separation The anti-oxidative activity of the compounds to some extent, of which vitexdoin A (2), vitrofolal F (4) and vitexdoin D (7) antioxidant activity is more significant.
