以荧光增白剂VBL为标准物质,高纯水为萃取液,通过紫外分光光度法对卫生用品顶膜所含的可迁移荧光增白剂VBL的含量进行研究,并通过改变萃取液的p H、萃取浸泡的时间与温度,研究不同的萃取条件对一次性卫生用品中荧光增白剂VBL的迁移情况的影响。结果表明:荧光增白剂VBL迁移时间越长,迁移量越高,萃取2 h时会有一个突跃;随着迁移温度的升高,迁移量增加;酸性会抑制荧光增白剂的迁移,而碱性则加速其迁移。
Fluorescent brightener VBL was used as a standard substance and high purity water was used as an extractant. The contents of VBL, a translucent fluorescent whitening agent contained in the top of the sanitary ware, were studied by UV spectrophotometry. By changing the p H of the extract, Soaking time and temperature to study the impact of different extraction conditions on the migration of optical brightener VBL in disposable hygiene articles. The results showed that the longer the migration time, the higher the migration amount of fluorescer whitening agent VBL, and there was a sudden jump 2 h after extraction. With the increase of migration temperature, the migration amount increased; the acidity inhibited the migration of optical brightener, Alkalinity accelerates its migration.
