细菌L型是细菌因变异而致细胞壁缺陷型,它的致病性目前尚有争论,但已逐渐引起人们的重视,文献已有报道。本文收集14例,分析如下。临床资料 14例均为我病区1988～1989年发热原因不明、血培养L型细菌阳性的住院病人。男6例,女8例,年龄14～67岁。发热37.8℃～40.5℃。肝大右肋下1 cm 1例,淋巴结肿大1例。均无皮肤淤点及关节肿痛。WBC4.0～9.6×10~9/L12例,10.0～10.8×10~9/L 2例.中性粒细胞0.43～0.6911例,杆状0.1～0.3912例。L型细菌培养需7～16天。培养结果:表皮葡萄菌L型5例,微球菌L型3例,金黄色葡萄球菌L型2例,棒状杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、四联球菌L型各1例。普通细菌培养均阴性。8
Bacterial L-type is caused by bacterial cell wall defects due to mutation, its pathogenicity is still controversial, but it has gradually attracted people’s attention, the literature has been reported. This article collected 14 cases, analyzed as follows. All the 14 cases of clinical data were hospitalized patients with unknown cause of fever in our ward from 1988 to 1989 and positive L-type bacteria in blood culture. 6 males and 8 females, aged 14 to 67 years old. Fever 37.8 ℃ ~ 40.5 ℃. 1 case of right lateral rib 1 cm in 1 case, enlarged lymph nodes in 1 case. No skin petechia and joint swelling and pain. WBC4.0 ~ 9.6 × 10 ~ 9 / L 12 cases, 10.0 ~ 10.8 × 10 ~ 9 / L 2 cases. Neutrophils 0.43 ~ 0.6911 cases, rod 0.1 ~ 0.3912 cases. L-type bacterial culture takes 7 to 16 days. Culture results: Staphylococcus epidermidis L-5 cases, Micrococcus L-3 cases, Staphylococcus aureus L-2 cases, Corynebacterium, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Tetanus L-type in 1 case. Common bacterial culture were negative. 8
