大直径泥水盾构下穿民房建筑群时沉降控制严格,风险较大。以南京纬三路过江通道工程S线大直径泥水盾构下穿保健村民房建筑群为背景,通过三维数值计算,对盾构施工主要影响区的范围和沉降量进行理论预测,在施工过程中根据理论预测结果对该范围内民房进行分类监测,并结合现场实测数据研究盾构施工对民房建筑群的影响,提出相应的沉降控制措施。研究结果表明:三维数值分析能够较好地预测盾构施工的影响范围及沉降量,可用于指导房屋沉降监测;盾构施工控制不当使得地表产生不均匀沉降、民房发生倾斜和裂缝等问题,通过控制支护压力、调整施工速度和壁后注浆等施工参数,并及时对地层进行注浆加固,有效地控制了地面沉降,保证了施工的顺利进行。

Taking the S-line large-diameter mud-water shield of Nanjing Weisanjiang Crossing Corridor under the shield of residential buildings in the health village as a background, the range and settlement of the main affected area of the shield construction are theoretically predicted by three-dimensional numerical calculation. During the construction process Based on the theoretical predictions, the classification and monitoring of houses in this area are carried out. Based on the measured data, the influence of shield construction on houses and buildings is studied, and the corresponding settlement control measures are put forward. The results show that the three-dimensional numerical analysis can predict the influence range and settlement of shield construction well, and can be used to guide the monitoring of housing settlement. Problems caused by improper shield construction control such as uneven settlement of ground surface, tilt and crack of houses, Control the support pressure, adjust the construction speed and wall grouting and other construction parameters, and timely grout reinforcement stratum to effectively control the land subsidence to ensure the smooth progress of the construction.
