目的探讨MRI配合多层螺旋CT诊断肝性脑病的临床价值。方法随机选择2013年8月至2013年10月肝性脑病患者78例,入院时分别行多层螺旋CT诊断、MRI配合CT诊断,比较两组诊断方案对肝性脑病的诊断效果。结果 MRI配合多层螺旋CT诊断的灵敏度(100%)、准确度(94.87%)高于CT诊断(88.46%、78.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且集中表现在肝性脑病的早期Ⅰ级阶段。结论 MRI配合多层螺旋CT能减少漏诊和误诊,可作为临床诊断肝性脑病的重要参考方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI combined with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Seventy-eight patients with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly selected from August 2013 to October 2013. The patients were treated with multi-slice spiral CT and MRI with CT respectively. The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared. Results The sensitivity (100%) and accuracy (94.87%) of MRI with MSCT were higher than those of CT (88.46%, 78.21%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Early stage of encephalopathy. Conclusion MRI combined with MSCT can reduce misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis, which can be used as an important reference for clinical diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy.
