用超声波处理八株不同来源,不同种和亚种的弯曲菌菌悬液,获得细菌细胞外膜;再用月桂酰肌氨酸钠处理外膜可获得外膜蛋白;最后经SDS-PAGE分离出不同分子量的外膜蛋白。结果表明:各种分子量蛋白质的分布及主要外膜蛋白的数目(2~3条)和分子量大小(33~68kd)均较稳定,提示它们在弯曲菌细胞表面结构中为稳定成分。
Ultrasound treatment of eight strains of Campylobacter strains from different sources, species and subspecies to obtain bacterial outer membrane; and then treated with sodium lauroyl sarcosine outer membrane protein can be obtained; and finally by SDS-PAGE isolated Outer membrane proteins of different molecular weights. The results showed that the distribution of various molecular weight proteins and the number of major outer membrane proteins (2-3 lines) and molecular weight (33-68kd) were relatively stable, suggesting that they are stable components in the surface structure of Campylobacter strains.
