应急教育是指针对突发灾害性事件进行的教育,应急教育多指针对火灾、地震、袭击等大型事件发生时给予的逃生指南.除了常设的情景模拟课、应急自救演习之外,细致的心理预警知识也是非常必要的.相关人士提到,如果具备了情商素质,有了一定的感知意识和自我认识意识,以及能控制自我、调适心态的情绪管理能力,就会养成平时细心观察身边事物的习惯,能及时发现危机端倪,变被动为主动,就有可能将灾害消灭在萌芽状态,避免灾害的发生.在灾害到来时,拥有应急知识,在一定程度上可以使人保持冷静,沉着应对,更具有抗挫耐挫的毅力与能力.因此,学校应该开展应急教育,使学生懂得一定的应急知识,以提高学生的应急能力,使学生健康成长.
