采用直流电阻、极化曲线测试的电化学方法研究了环氧-聚酰氨树脂中分别加入有机缓蚀剂、磷酸钡、锌铬黄等防锈颜料后的耐蚀性能,并分析了其作用机理。试验表明,涂层的直流电阻、极化曲线测试与盐雾试验和耐蚀浸泡试验的结果均有很好的相关性,是一种快速简便评价涂层耐蚀性能的有效方法;在所研究的体系中,防锈颜料的耐蚀性为有机缓蚀剂、磷酸钡、氧化锌>红丹>锌格黄、磷酸锌。
