目的探讨病案管理在防范医疗纠纷中的作用与价值。方法选取本院2015年11月-2016年11月收治的70例患者作为研究组,2014年11月-2015年11月收治的70例患者作为参照组。参照组未对患者病案进行加强管理,而研究组对患者病案进行加强管理。对两组患者医疗纠纷发生情况及发生原因进行记录与分析。结果在医疗纠纷发生率上研究组显著低于参照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论实行健全的病案管理,能够预防和减少医疗纠纷的发生、保护医院名誉,使其能够更加稳定地发展。
Objective To explore the role and value of medical record management in preventing medical disputes. Methods Seventy patients admitted from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research group and 70 patients treated from November 2014 to November 2015 as the reference group. The reference group did not strengthen the patient’s medical record management, and the research team to strengthen the management of patient records. Record and analyze the occurrence of the medical disputes and the causes of the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of medical disputes in the study group was significantly lower than the reference group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of a sound medical record management can prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and protect the reputation of the hospital so that it can develop more steadily.
