本实验采用对虾饲料浸出液培养基从对虾健康养殖池中富集并分离出60株优势菌.通过对蛋白质、淀粉和CODMn的降解能力及对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)生长的影响等指标的检测,筛选出5#、9#和24#共3株能高效降解有机物和促藻生长的菌株.10d内,其对CODMn的去除率均在40%以上.在有机培养液中,这3株菌对小球藻生长均有显著促进作用(p<0.05),经过7d培养,藻细胞密度分别比对照菌提高了92.3%、98.1%、32.7%.在无机培养液中,9#菌对小球藻生长有明显的促进作用(p<0.05),经过7d培养,藻细胞密度比对照菌提高了77.3%.经初步鉴定5#、9#和24#这3株菌分别属于弧菌属(Vibrio)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)的细菌.
In this experiment, 60 strains of dominant bacteria were isolated from shrimp healthy ponds by using the culture media of shrimp feed leachate.According to the degradation of protein, starch and CODMn and the effects on the growth of Chlorella sp. 3 strains of 5 #, 9 # and 24 #, which can degrade organic matter and promote algae growth, were screened out and the removal rate of CODMn was above 40% within 10 days.In the organic culture medium, the three strains (P <0.05). After 7 days of culture, the density of algae cells increased by 92.3%, 98.1% and 32.7% respectively compared with that of control bacteria. In the inorganic culture medium, The growth of algae was obviously promoted (p <0.05), and the density of algal cells increased by 77.3% after 7 days culture.
