根据日常北京市消协收到涉及银行服务的咨询投诉及此次征集活动中消费者反映比较集中的问题,为进一步提升银行业服务水平,营造和谐的金融消费环境,保护金融消费者的合法权益,北京市消费者协会建议:在《商业银行服务价格管理办法(征求意见稿)》中,增加“在银行收费项目中对涉及不特定多数消费者群体利益的收费项目引入价格听证机制”的规定;银行进一步强化保护消费者财产安全的意识;政府干预,取消不合理的收费项目;督促银行应当充分尊重消费者的选择权、知情权;进一步规范银行服务流程、简化程序,尤其关注弱势群体。
