与传统的分散控制系统(DCS)相比,现场总线控制系统(FCS)在开放性、控制分散性、信息综合、组态灵活等方面均优于DCS。虽然目前FCS尚存在一些欠缺:现场总线的智能设备产品少、价格昂贵;软、硬件的功能还不够强;FCS成功的应用实例不多,难以评估实际应用效果。但现场总线技术已基本成熟,应抓住当前大好的电力建设机遇,认真学习、努力掌握现场总线技术,积极稳妥地解决工程应用中存在的问题。
Compared with the traditional distributed control system (DCS), the fieldbus control system (FCS) is superior to DCS in terms of openness, decentralized control, comprehensive information and flexible configuration. Although there are still some shortcomings in FCS at present: the field bus has less intelligent devices and is expensive; the functions of software and hardware are not strong enough; and there are not many successful application examples of FCS, so it is difficult to evaluate the practical application effect. However, the field bus technology has basically matured. It should seize the current excellent opportunities for power construction, study conscientiously, make efforts to master the field bus technology, and actively and steadily solve the problems in engineering application.
