完全依托传统组织产生的青年自组织相对外部自组织而言对传统组织的影响更大。通过对北京三家企业团支部进行全员调查,发现传统组织依附型青年自组织具有规模小、总量大、覆盖广;活跃程度与组织规模呈反向关系,但普遍活动频率比较高、活跃分子比较多、成员参与意识比较好;自组织内部稳定性呈现两极性,总体存在一定震荡性;活动形式多样,青年成员对所组织活动比较满意等特征。基于调研所发现的问题,从传统组织与自组织双方面对自组织的发展给出了注重文化内核的引领作用、加大与传统组织的良性互动、规范发起人行为、加强管理规范性以及扩大和稳定经费来源的五项建议。
The reliance of traditional organizations on youth self-organization relative to external self-organization has a greater impact on traditional organizations. The degree of activity is inversely related to the size of the organization, but the frequency of common activities is relatively high. More members are more aware of their participation; the internal stability of self-organization shows bipolarity, and there is a certain degree of concussion in overall; various forms of activities and young people are more satisfied with the activities organized. Based on the problems discovered by the survey, from the traditional organization and self-organization both self-organization development has given the leading role of focusing on the cultural core, increase the benign interaction with traditional organizations, regulate sponsor behavior, strengthen management norms and expand And five proposals to stabilize funding sources.
