目的:探讨nm23与CD44v6蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测58例NSCLC标本中nm23、CD44v6的表达情况。结果:nm23阳性率为87.9%(51/58),其中T1~T2组与T3~T4组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44V6阳性率为55.2%(32/58),其中鳞癌阳性率(85.7%)明显高于腺癌(24%),P<0.05;中分化组阳性率(71.9%)高于低分化组(44.4%)和高分化组(35.3%),P<0.05。nm23、CD44V6的表达与pTNM分期、淋巴结转移及生存率之间无相关性,P>0.05。结论:nm23和CD44v6蛋白表达分别与NSCLC原发肿瘤大小(T)、病理类型、分化程度存在相关性,与pTNM分期及淋巴结是否转移无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nm23 and CD44v6 protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of nm23 and CD44v6 in 58 NSCLC specimens. Results: The positive rate of nm23 was 87.9% (51/58). The difference between T1 ~ T2 group and T3 ~ T4 group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rate of CD44V6 was 55.2% (32/58). The positive rate of squamous cell carcinoma (85.7%) was significantly higher than that of adenocarcinoma (24%), P <0.05. The positive rate of CD44V6 was higher in poorly differentiated group (71.9% 44.4%) and well-differentiated group (35.3%), P <0.05. There was no correlation between the expression of nm23 and CD44V6 and pTNM stage, lymph node metastasis and survival rate (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The expressions of nm23 and CD44v6 are correlated with the size, pathological type and differentiation of primary NSCLC tumor, respectively. There is no correlation between the expression of nm23 and CD44v6 and the stage of pTNM and lymph node metastasis.
