国有企业作为我国经济中重要组成成分,其不断在推动经济社会高速发展中发挥着巨大作用,并也是引导其他企业发展方向的主要力量。随着新时期地带来,人力资源在企业中所发挥的价值也在不断增加,并逐渐成为其经营与发展的重要因素。从当前市场经济环境来看,国有企业未来的良好发展离不开一个完善的人力资源管理与培训体系,然而从现实情况来看较难令人满意,目前不少国有企业人力资源培训上暴露出了一定问题。为此,笔者就国有企业人力资源培训与逆向选择问题展开研究,以供相关人员参考。
