风湿样关节炎患者并有脓疮性牛皮癣,未见国内有关文献所载。兹将最近我院所见一例作一报导,以供同道参考。病例摘要患者,李某,男性、33岁、贵州籍、小学教师,于1959年5月18日因反复发作四肢大小关节疼痛10年,加重并有全身皮疹约一月而入我院内科治疗。患者自10年前开始有四肢关节及腰骶关节疼痛,活动受限,关节红肿,经草药医治四月余痊愈,后于8年前,6年前,2年前均有同样复发。痛发期无显著发烧及食欲减退,入院前三月前次复发,先呈腰骶部痛,起卧不便,日益加重 Rheumatoid arthritis patients with pus and psoriasis, not seen in the domestic literature.
