据苏联《冶金学家》杂志报导,乌克兰黑色冶金科学研究所和乌克兰化工研究所同上依谢特冶金工厂协作试验了一种供无底钢锭模使用的涂料(氢氧化镁石膏及石墨的混合料)。在浇铸0.7吨钢锭的模子上做了试验。利用喷枪将此种涂料喷涂在模子的内壁上。喷涂前的模子温度为180~200℃,涂层厚度为0.3~0.5毫米。在试验过程中,使用了各种不同配比的此种涂料,通过试验确定,此种涂料的最佳成分是5.0~6.0%
According to a report by the Soviet “Metallurgist” magazine, the Ukrainian Black Metallurgical Institute and the Ukrainian Institute of Chemical Technology, ibid., Collaborated with Sheik Metallurgical Works to test a coating for gritless ingots (mixture of gypsum and graphite of magnesium hydroxide ). The test was done on a mold that cast 0.7 ton ingot. Use a spray gun to spray the paint on the inner wall of the mold. Before spraying the mold temperature is 180 ~ 200 ℃, the coating thickness of 0.3 ~ 0.5 mm. In the course of testing, using a variety of different proportions of this coating, determined by testing, the best composition of this coating is 5.0 to 6.0%
