目的观察肺癌并发下呼吸道感染的菌群分布及药敏情况.方法54例1999年1月～2002年9月住院肺癌患者留痰做普通菌培养及真菌培养,并做药敏分析.结果肺癌并发下呼吸道感染病原菌中

目的观察肺癌并发下呼吸道感染的菌群分布及药敏情况.方法54例1999年1月～2002年9月住院肺癌患者留痰做普通菌培养及真菌培养,并做药敏分析.结果肺癌并发下呼吸道感染病原菌中革兰氏阴性菌感染占66.7%(48/72),革兰氏阳性菌占15.3%(11/72),白色念珠菌占18.1%(13/72).91.7%(44/48))的革兰氏阴性菌对氨基甙类药物敏感,87.5%(42/48)对头孢哌酮钠+舒巴坦敏感,81.3%(39/48)对喹诺酮类敏感.90.9%(10/11)革兰氏阳性菌对万古霉素敏感,54.5%
