目的 :探究URSA患者绒毛组织中细胞凋亡及血管新生异常与miR-1 55表达的关系。方法 :选择2014年1月~2015年1月来我院妇产科行清宫术后的孕妇的标本64例,其中URSA患者38例,剩余26例,将64例患者按照是否为URSA患者分为两组,即URSA组、对照组。对miR-155的表达量与细胞凋亡分子Bcl-2、Bcl-xl及血管新生分子VEGF、HIF-1α、s Flt-1的表达量记录,并与miR-155的表达量进行对比。结果 :miR-155的表达量与细胞凋亡分子Bcl-2、Bcl-xl的表达量呈正相关,与血管新生分子VEGF、HIF-1α的表达量呈正相关,与s Flt-1的表达量呈负相关,且两组患者的miR-155、Bcl-2、Bcl-xl的表达量不同,URSA组显著低于对照组,且URSA组miR-155、VEGF、HIF-1α的表达量显著低于对照组,s Flt-1的表达量则显著高于对照组。结论 :URSA绒毛组织中细胞的凋亡及血管新生与miR-155存在关系,且miR-155的表达量下降则会导致绒毛组织中的细胞过度凋亡。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between apoptosis and angiogenesis and the expression of miR-1 55 in villus tissues of URSA patients. Methods: Sixty-four pregnant women were selected from our department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Obstetrics and Gynecology during Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015. Thirty-eight URSA patients and the remaining 26 cases were divided into 64 patients according to whether they were URSA patients Two groups, namely URSA group, control group. The expression of miR-155 and the expressions of Bcl-2, Bcl-xl and VEGF, HIF-1α and s Flt-1 were recorded and compared with those of miR-155. Results: The expression of miR-155 was positively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl, and positively correlated with the expression of VEGF and HIF-1α. The expression of s Flt-1 was The expression levels of miR-155, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl in the two groups were significantly different from those in the URSA group, and the expression levels of miR-155, VEGF and HIF-1α in the URSA group were significantly lower than those in the URSA group The control group, s Flt-1 expression was significantly higher than the control group. CONCLUSIONS: There is a relationship between apoptosis and angiogenesis of URSA villi and miR-155, and the decrease of miR-155 expression leads to over apoptosis of cells in villi.
