一绪言电解加工从实际使用以来已经十多年了,但目前并不象电火花加工那样普及。然而与电火花相比较,具有加工速度快、无电极损耗、加工变质层小等主要特点,甚至用普通机械加工都不能制造的形状也能比较容易地加工出来。例如,加工如图1所示的弯曲孔形状时,以前机械加工利用钻床只能加工成图2所示的形状。图1所示的孔形是理论上的流体流动的形状,两曲面的曲率中心A点和B点是偏心的,而且曲率半径不同。
