为进一步准确检测热灌装用PET瓶中乙醛含量,本文建立了使用毛细管柱法测定热灌装用PET饮料瓶中乙醛含量气相色谱方法,并研究了存放条件及使用温度对乙醛释放的影响。结果表明:普通储存温度条件,乙醛释放很缓慢,而强光照射的条件下,会加速乙醛释放;灌装后1h内温度降低到80℃以下,则不会有乙醛析出。
In order to further accurately detect the content of acetaldehyde in hot-filled PET bottles, a capillary column method for the determination of acetaldehyde in hot-filled PET beverage bottles was established and the effects of storage conditions and operating temperature on acetaldehyde release Impact.
