针对秸秆还田机还田刀轴寿命低的问题,设计了刀轴弯扭载荷模拟加载试验台并进行了载荷加载试验。通过磁粉离合器对刀轴施加扭矩载荷,电磁式加载器施加弯矩载荷,并采用雨流计数法及MATLAB软件处理弯矩和扭矩数据,得到刀轴的弯矩、扭矩载荷谱。在土壤坚实度为700kPa左右,土壤含水量为30%~35%的条件下,借助于动态应变测试系统进行载荷验证试验,对比载荷谱数据与验证试验数据,证明载荷谱数据真实可信,可根据数据差异情况,检查和修正刀轴的状态,提高刀轴可靠度(寿命)。本研究为提高和更精确估算刀轴寿命提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of low life of straw returning machine, the bending and torsion load simulation test bench of the cutter shaft was designed and the load loading test was carried out. Torque load is applied to the cutter shaft by the magnetic clutch, the moment load is applied by the electromagnetic loader, and the bending moment and torque data are obtained by rain flow counting method and MATLAB software to obtain the bending moment and torque load spectrum of the cutter shaft.
