建立了非能动安全壳冷却系统性能试验中壳外蒸发散热现象无量纲特征数的不确定度计算模型,并对某次试验中壳外蒸发特征数的不确定度进行了详细计算和分析.结果表明:在现有试验精度下和所关注的试验时间范围内,蒸发特征数的2倍扩展相对不确定度约为10%;壳内释放蒸汽质量流量对蒸发特征数不确定度的影响最大,冷却水进、出口质量流量的影响次之,提高这3方面的测量精度可有效减小蒸发特征数的不确定度.
The uncertainty calculation model for the dimensionless number of evaporative exothermic phenomena in the shell during the performance test of the passive containment cooling system was established and the uncertainty of the number of evaporimetric features in a test was calculated and analyzed in detail. The results show that the relative uncertainty of 2 times of the characteristic number of evaporation is about 10% under the existing test precision and the test period of interest. The influence of the mass flow of released steam on the uncertainty of evaporation number is the greatest, The influence of cooling water inlet and outlet mass flow is the second, improving the accuracy of these three aspects can effectively reduce the uncertainty of evaporation characteristic number.
