针对低浓度甲苯活性炭固定床吸附 ,对水蒸气解吸载甲苯活性炭固定床作了实验和理论研究 ,测定了水和甲苯在直径 5 0 0 mm,高 15 0 0 mm的固定床中的分布。活性炭取样点在轴向上七个点采样 ,活性炭中甲苯及水含量用 Karl Fisher法测量。活性炭在 15 0℃ ,5 0 Pa条件下解吸。建立了适用于模拟固定床水蒸气解吸的均相模型 ,并对实验结果进行模拟计算 ,结果表明 ,所建模型与实测结果能很好吻合
Aiming at the adsorption of low concentration toluene on activated carbon fixed bed, experimental and theoretical study on the fixed bed of activated carbon loaded with water vapor was carried out. The distribution of water and toluene in fixed bed with diameter of 500 mm and height of 150 mm was measured. Activated carbon sampling points were sampled at seven points in the axial direction. Toluene and water contents in activated carbon were measured by the Karl Fisher method. Activated charcoal is desorbed at 150 ° C and 50 Pa. A homogeneous model suitable for simulating water vapor desorption in a fixed bed was established and the experimental results were simulated. The results show that the model is in good agreement with the measured results
