3C绿色电网是运用计算机技术、通信技术、控制技术,建设覆盖城乡的智能、高效、可靠的绿色电网(简称cccgp),即3C绿色电网。通过3C绿色电网(变电站)建设模式与户内GIS变电站建设模式经济性对比,为合理选用变电站设计模式,从经济性的角度为决策做出分析,首先对3C站与户内GIS站在总投资方面进行对比分析,给出了变电站总投资的差异,然后,分别从建筑工程费、安装工程费、设备购置费、其他费用、建设期贷款利息等五个方面进行了详细的对比分析,最后,就两种变电站建设模式从经济性差异的对比分析,给出了变电站建设模式建议。
