目的探讨强化心血管植入型电子器械(CIED)植入无菌操作流程能否降低CIED感染发生率。方法选择自1998年1月至2015年9月沈阳军区总医院心内科收治的3 501例植入CIED的患者,将2011年8月前收治的植入CIED患者1 926例作为对照组,2011年8月后收治的1 575例采用强化CIED植入无菌操作流程手术的患者作为强化组,统计CIED深部感染发生率。结果强化组CIED深部感染发生率为0,明显低于对照组1.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化CIED植入无菌操作流程能够降低CIED感染发生率。
Objective To investigate whether enhanced ICED implantation can reduce the incidence of CIED infection. Methods A total of 3 501 patients with ICED who were admitted to Department of Cardiology, Shenyang Military Region General Hospital from January 1998 to September 2015 were enrolled. A total of 1 926 patients with CIED who were admitted before August 2011 were selected as control group. A total of 1575 patients undergoing aseptic CFT with aseptic procedures were enrolled in August as the intensive group, and the incidence of deep CIED infection was calculated. Results The incidence of deep-seated CIED in intensive group was 0, significantly lower than 1.6% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Fortified CIED implantation with aseptic procedures can reduce the incidence of CIED infection.
