经过实践研究证明,情绪智力可以直接对工作绩效进行正向预测,两者的实质关系主要受到调节变量以及中介的影响。然而多数现有的研究资料以及结果仍然存在许多问题和不足之处,主要是由于其相互间理论模型的不同而产生一定的分歧及对立关系。如测验工具本身存在问题,直接导致研究进展无发展深入到维度的层次当中。因此可以预见,往后的研究工作必须要尽可能地将理论模型进行有效整合,并以此来编制全新的测验工具,通过考察调节变量和中介的关系,完全深入到维度层次进行情绪智力和工作绩效之间关系的考察和研究。基于此,针对情绪智力与工作绩效的关系进行探讨,并为此简要论述以供参考。
After practice research shows that emotional intelligence can directly predict the performance of the work forward, the substantive relationship between the two mainly by the regulatory variables and intermediaries. However, most of the existing research materials and results still have many problems and shortcomings, mainly due to their different theoretical models and have some differences and antagonistic relations. Based on this, the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance is discussed, and a brief discussion is made for reference.
