随着社会经济的不断进步和发展,企业的人才队伍建设显得越来越重要。人才亦是企业向前发展的最宝贵的财富,为此,如何吸引优秀人才、增强人才稳定性成为企业人力资源部门工作的重点内容。良好的薪酬福利制度是企业吸引并留住人才的优势之一,为了使员工工作无后顾之忧,保障员工年老后的生活、设计合理的企业年金制度成为企业人力资源部门激励员工的一种重要方式。本文通过对我国企业年金制度现状的概括描述,分析企业年金在人力资源激励方面所发挥的作用,为企业年金制度的发展提供一点建议。
