该文基于低碳经济的视角,探讨转变林业产业发展方式的问题。首先,阐述林业产业与低碳经济的关系,认为林业产业由于其特殊的自然属性,应该将低碳经济作为转变林业产业发展方式的主导方向之一。其次,系统分析我国发展低碳林业产业面临的挑战,进而得出结论:森林经营能力薄弱、林产工业能耗居高不下、林业生物质能源产业化技术不成熟、废旧木材循环利用率低、森林旅游业发展粗放等方面成为制约林业产业低碳化发展的主要因素。最后,针对低碳林业产业的发展路径,提出我国林业产业低碳化发展的支持性政策体系。 Based on the perspective of low-carbon economy, this article discusses the issue of transforming the development mode of forestry industry. First of all, explain the relationship between forestry and low-carbon economy, think that because of its special nature, forestry should regard low-carbon economy as one of the main directions to change the way of development of forestry industry. Secondly, the paper systematically analyzes the challenges of developing low-carbon forestry industry in our country and then concludes that the forest management ability is weak, the energy consumption of forestry industry is high, the industrialization of forestry biomass energy is immature, the recycling rate of used wood is low, The extensive development of tourism has become the main factor restricting the low-carbon development of forestry industry. Finally, according to the development path of low-carbon forestry industry, we put forward the supportive policy system of low-carbon development of forestry in our country.
